CALCULATIONS

POPCORN COOKING PROPORTIONS:

To prepare 100 g of salty popcorn, you need: 100 g of grain + 3 g of salt + 20 ml of oil

To prepare 100 g of sweet popcorn you need: 70 g of grain + 30 g of sugar + 20 ml of oil

​Example:

4 oz. popcorn pot (113 gr):

To make 1 pot of salty popcorn you need: 110 gr of grain + 3 gr of salt + 20 ml of oil

To make 1 pot of sweet popcorn you need: 75 gr of grain + 35 gr of sugar + 20 ml of oil

​8 oz. popcorn pot (227 gr):

To make 1 pot of salty popcorn you need: 220 gr of grain + 7 gr of salt + 40 ml of oil

To make 1 pot of sweet popcorn you need: 150 gr of grain + 70 gr of sugar + 40 ml of oil

COTTON CANDY BAKING PROPORTIONS:

1 kg of cotton candy sugar = 30-35 medium-sized cotton candy

Use of dye ( Flossine ) = 1 teaspoon per 3 kg of sugar (for medium brightness color)

An average of 40-50 cotton candy can be baked in 1 hour
